Welcome to Just Animations. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, content, and applications offered by Just Animations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Just Animations provides professional animation services including but not limited to:

2D & 3D Animation
AI-Generated Animation
Cartoon & Character Animation
Explainer Videos
Logo Animation
Motion Graphics
Whiteboard Animation
Social Media Video Content

All services are delivered under individual project agreements, with timelines, deliverables, and scope detailed per engagement.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to required materials such as brand assets, creative direction, and content scripts
Communicate and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms and schedule

3. Payment Terms

A minimum 25% retainer is required to initiate any project.
The retainer amount may vary depending on the total project budget or overall project scale.
Remaining balances are invoiced per milestone or upon completion, as outlined in the project proposal.
Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest fee.
Payments over 45 days late are subject to collections and will be immediately assessed a 20% interest penalty on the outstanding balance.

4. Revision Policy

Revisions are included based on the size, scope, and nature of each project, and will be clearly defined within each individual proposal or contract. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All original creative content remains the property of Just Animations until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purposes outlined in the agreement.
Just Animations reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use deliverables from Just Animations for:

Illegal, defamatory, or misleading activities
Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing without express written permission
Misrepresentation of ownership or authorship

7. Termination

Just Animations reserves the right to terminate any agreement due to:

Breach of terms
Non-payment
Client misconduct or inappropriate behavior

In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all completed work and time incurred to date.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee of performance.
We do not guarantee audience engagement, social reach, or performance of animation content on external platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Just Animations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
